Abo Ali Pharmacy – Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Abo Ali Pharmacy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and compliant with healthcare safety regulations.


1. Order Cancellation Time Frame

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as long as the item has not been prepared, processed, or shipped.

  • After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the nature of pharmaceutical handling and delivery processes.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately through one of the following:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation and process it accordingly.


3. Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed:

  • Refrigerated medications or cold-chain products

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Customized, compounded, or special-order medications

  • ❌ Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If payment was made online and the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Pharmacy’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • The order violates our purchase policies or legal restrictions

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
