You may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date, provided that the product:

2. Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Refrigerated Medications (e.g., insulin, vaccines, or other cold-chain products)

Used Products (any item that has been opened, used, or partially consumed)

Non-Sealed Products (e.g., blister packs that are opened, bottles without factory seal)

Medications requested for return after 3 days from purchase date
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Visit your nearest Abo Ali Pharmacy branch with the product and original receipt.

Our team will inspect the product to verify its condition.

If eligible, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, or store credit may be offered.
4. Exceptions and Clarifications

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our refund policy conditions.

Any promotional or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective upon delivery.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
