Abo Ali Pharmacy – Refund Policy

At Abo Ali Pharmacy, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We strive to ensure that every product you receive is in excellent condition and delivered with care. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date, provided that the product:

  • Is unused and in its original, sealed packaging

  • Is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Has not been damaged or opened

  • Is not excluded under our non-refundable items list


2. Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Refrigerated Medications (e.g., insulin, vaccines, or other cold-chain products)

  • Used Products (any item that has been opened, used, or partially consumed)

  • Non-Sealed Products (e.g., blister packs that are opened, bottles without factory seal)

  • Medications requested for return after 3 days from purchase date


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Visit your nearest Abo Ali Pharmacy branch with the product and original receipt.

  2. Our team will inspect the product to verify its condition.

  3. If eligible, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, or store credit may be offered.


4. Exceptions and Clarifications

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our refund policy conditions.

  • Any promotional or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective upon delivery.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
